I was able to confirm the EMS function along with the cooling. I have the instruction manual, but my Japanese is not very good, and I can barely read it. I've confirmed the effectiveness, as my thighs (left and right) have each slimmed down by 1cm thanks to exercising four times a week and restricting my diet. Part of the box is torn. There are some scratches on the cooling part, but it doesn't affect usage. The belt is stretchable and about 75cm long. I haven't used the pinching device. Please refrain from purchasing if you are hesitant about buying used items. The anti-freeze sheets are not included. The lowest price is 3500 yen.
