This is a flared skirt from Style Com, Tokyo Style (*^^*) I purchased it at a department store in Tokyo for around 18,000 yen. Length: Approximately 58cm at the center front. Made of 100% polyester, it's wrinkle-resistant and easy to care for. It looks great paired with an orange top, as shown in photo 6 (the top is listed separately).
