PLUS Manual Paper Cutter PK-513 Works Cut line lights up. It is a bulb type. Power is supplied by two size-D batteries. I tried cutting with it, and the cut surface is clean. I don't think there are any blade chips. The receiving board has signs of use on only one side. The other three sides can still be used. Since it is used, there are small scratches and dirt.
