Purchased new 2-3 years ago and used for one child. Since it was for my second child, I used the hip seat frequently while carrying my older child, so there is a noticeable amount of use. It came with a belt, so I could use it with both hands free, which was very helpful. There is a tear in the right pocket. Please consider this if you are not concerned or if you understand the condition. I think it can still be used.
