This listing is for the case only. When the charger is connected, the light comes on as shown in image 1, so it doesn't seem to be broken. However, since there are no earphones, I haven't been able to confirm whether it actually charges, so please be aware of this. The exterior shows some scratches and marks, but there is no severe damage. However, there are some noticeable scratches on the sides, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this.
