This is a product from Banpresto, released in 2012. It's the second in a series of products based on entries from the first World Figure Colosseum, featuring "Luffy" by Keiji Iwakura. It has been stored at home and displayed, so there are no noticeable scratches or stains, but there is a single scuff-like mark on the inside of the cape. See photo 8. Please consider this item as used. Please refer to the photos for details. Originally, there was no base, and the figure is balanced by the parts at the back of the cape, making it unstable. There is no box. The removable parts will be detached and packaged for shipping.
