Used only once or twice, so it's practically new. I'm selling them because they didn't quite fit my ears. Everything that came with the purchase, such as the ear tips and charging cable, are all included and are almost new, just like the earphones themselves. I will thoroughly clean the earphones before shipping. I'm also including a separately purchased earphone case, and I'm selling them for less than the retail price, so I think it's a great deal.
