This is a CITIZEN radio-controlled, solar-powered wristwatch. It appears to be an early model of radio-controlled, solar-powered watches, and I liked the asymmetrical design, which is due to the reception part being designed on the side of the dial. Being titanium, it's quite light. Manual time adjustment is possible, so I used it with the accuracy of a regular quartz watch.
