I prepared this as a spare outfit for a summer wedding. My baby was fussy because the dress was hot, so I put this on for the last 20 minutes or so. It seemed more comfortable. It's made of 100% cotton, with a 100% cotton romper underneath a skirt, and two layers of tulle on top, so it's gentle on a baby's skin. It opens on the side, making it easy to put on. I don't see any particular damage, but I apologize if I missed anything. Please understand that this is a used item worn by a child before purchasing.
