Ultra-compact board equipped with the RP2040 microcontroller developed by the Raspberry Pi Foundation Pico is a simple microcontroller board equipped with the RP2040 (Arm Cortex-M0+ dual-core @ 133MHz) microcontroller developed by the Raspberry Pi Foundation, featuring 2MB of high-speed Flash memory and a power IC that supports 1.8-5V input. While ultra-compact (about half the size of a micro:bit), it allows full access to the RP2040 microcontroller's functionality without sacrificing flexibility. It is designed for learning and hobby use, as well as for embedded applications. Pico can run programs written in Python (MicroPython) and C/C++.
