This is a Hello Kitty design headband purchased at Sanrio Puroland, featuring a red sequin ribbon. Sequin Hello Kitty headbands are rare at Puroland! It's very cute. I only saw one other person wearing this headband besides myself! Purchased in August 2025, in excellent condition, used twice for a short period. Please understand that this is a used item.
