This is a necklace from UNTITLED (アンタイトル). I purchased it at the UNTITLED department store for about 5800 yen. I wore it about twice, pairing it with a turtleneck. When worn, depending on your build and how you adjust the length, the jeweled part would likely sit between your collarbone and the top of your bust.
