The included applicator tips are unused, but please note that some eyeshadow powder may have adhered due to powder fallout within the container. ⚠ There is powder fallout on the film inside the case. Wiping it with tissue causes static electricity, and a lot of tissue fibers stick to it, making it look dirty, so I have decided not to touch the film. Therefore, fingerprints may remain.
