I handled it with care, but the hot air stopped working after a year and a half, and it has been stored at home since then. Instruction manual included Warranty card included Magic tape for wrapping the cord included (Everything in the photos.) Hot air does not come out, only cold air. Scalp and Moist modes cannot be selected. LOW or HIGH selection is possible. I will sell it as a defective item. I will ship it in a box. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such matters.
