These are Houdini Swift Pants. They are stretchy and very easy to move in. I used them a few times for mountain climbing, but I'm selling them now as I don't have a need for them anymore. There is some slight fraying in the stitching of the right pocket (see image 2), and a small hole in the left leg (see image 4), but it's not enough to affect use.
