Purchased at a Kate Spade store. It has a firm feel. There are some stains and scratches on the inside, and a scuff on one corner. Otherwise, it's relatively clean, I think. Please check the images. It opens and closes with a magnet. It can surprisingly hold a long wallet, a small folding umbrella, and even portable slippers. I used it often for my children's school events, but I no longer use it, so I'm selling it. The shoulder strap is removable. The Kate Spade gold logo is not printed, so it shouldn't peel off.
