I bought them thinking they could be used for camping in the sea or river, but my child outgrew them quickly, so they've only been used a few times. They are easy for small children to put on. Also, they are not mesh type, so sand is less likely to get in. They are safe on rocky areas. When shipping, I will temporarily compress them, so please be aware of that.
