Horyu-ji Temple's Donated Treasures: A Collection of Inscriptions, edited by the Tokyo National Museum, Yoshikawa Kobunkan, 1999. The Horyu-ji Temple's donated treasures were presented to the Imperial Household from Horyu-ji Temple in the 11th year of the Meiji era (1878). They are a treasure trove of ancient artifacts, comparable to the Shosoin Repository, and are currently preserved by the Tokyo National Museum. This collection compiles various inscriptions from the Asuka, Hakuhō, Edo, and early Meiji periods, including related treasures, with illustrations.
