There appear to be no major noticeable stains or scratches on the surface, but there are minor scratches. The back has a lot of signs of use. It's difficult to describe, but when you press the badge with your finger, it makes a popping sound and moves. I think it's in good condition considering its age, but it's by no means new. There may be some age-related deterioration. It is being sold as a used item.
