It's a pure white color. I bought it because I liked it, but it was too long for me... It's new, only tried on, but I found a stain of about 5mm under the waist elastic... Waist (flat): 32cm, Hips: 45cm, Total length: 100cm. The length will be shorter when worn because it's pulled sideways. However, it almost touches the floor on me, and I'm 157cm and of average build, so it's recommended for taller people.
