This is a refreshing blouse I bought from Retro Girl. The short length gives the illusion of longer legs! It has gathered details and can be adjusted with ribbons. It's cute to tie the ribbons in the front (two places) and on the cuffs (one on each side). The color is similar to the photos. The material is sheer, so I recommend wearing a camisole or tank top underneath.* I've only worn it once, and it's in beautiful condition with no stains or snags.
