There are a few spots, but since the fabric is a light yellow, I don't think it's very noticeable. My son, who was born in mid-June, wore this when he could sit up. I also put long sleeves underneath and had him wear it in the fall and winter. The T-shirt has snaps on both shoulders, making it easy to put on and take off. There's no size listed, and it's been a while since I bought it, so I've forgotten what size it is. I'm listing it as around 70cm. *Bib not included.
