This is a cute Mickey Mouse handheld fan. I think it's from about 15 to 20 years ago. It's probably not something you see very often. I ended up storing it without ever using it. It's unused, but the handle is made of something like plastic, so there are some slight scratches from storage, so I've listed it as "Like New." I think the condition is good for something from the past, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about aging. Operation has been confirmed.
