Every year before summer, I sell a small number of used, handmade summer gathered long skirts that I made for myself, but no longer like. The hot season and the period of lingering summer heat have become longer. To help you stay comfortable, I use thin, light, supple, and smooth cotton fabric, which is especially cool and doesn't cling to the skin. I think it's much cooler than linen or gauze. With plenty of fabric for gathering, it's well-ventilated, and the seams are hidden by the gathers, so you can easily put it on without worrying about the front or back. The waist uses durable elastic and stretches softly. The lining is a short length of 35cm, a few centimeters below the waist, made of the same patterned fabric, so the waist doesn't bunch up. Instead of edge stitching, which tends to produce loose threads, I've sewn it with a closed seam for durability. ⭕️ All handmade summer long skirts use the same type of thin, cool cotton fabric, but the texture and thickness may vary slightly depending on the pattern. ⭕️ Request to buyers: Please refrain from reselling handmade items.
