This is a belly band, like the ones you buy at the maternity clinic, that you wrap around yourself. It's only sold at maternity clinics, so if you wrap it correctly, it will hold you firmly in place. I used it for a short period of a few days to help stabilize my baby after it turned from a breech position, and then I stored it away.
