This is a modified humbucker based on a relatively recent Duncan JB. Please see the details below and understand that this item is sold as-is, with no returns. This pickup is reconstructed with the Duncan pickups of the good old days in mind. Excess paraffin has been removed, and the magnets are rough-cast Alnico 2, which is not used in recent years, and have been remagnetized. The coils themselves are original. This was made as an experimental item, and I would be happy if someone who can appreciate the difference would install it. The resistance is 8.3kΩ (measured). The lead wire length is 26 cm. This should be ready to use as a rear pickup. This is a one-off item, so please feel free to ask any questions you may have.
