Please read the photos and comments carefully and only purchase if you are satisfied. I made this by hand with care. It's a pork pie hat when you roll up the brim. It's 25cm in diameter and 9cm high. I paid close attention to the silhouette and the feel of the fabric. I used a very nice 10oz hickory denim fabric with a textured appearance. By using a thick interfacing, the hat itself can stand on its own and maintain its shape. I used black #20 thread. There are four air vents on the sides. A φ4 guy rope is inserted into the brim to give it a three-dimensional feel. The depth is shallow, just enough so that the wearer's ears don't bend. The head size is 60-61cm. This is a new design.
