This is a Sumikko Gurashi cat plushie. It's holding a spoon and fork! It can stand on its own, so my daughter found it very useful for playing pretend! (It was constantly made to hold chopped carrots, waiting to be used with a knife, lol.) We are now parting with it as my daughter has outgrown Sumikko Gurashi! It's in relatively good condition, and there are no noticeable smells or stains.
