The hood with a form-fitting brim is adjustable in two ways to efficiently repel moisture and maintain visibility in bad weather, both with and without a helmet. The front zipper and chest pocket have water-resistant zippers and zipper garages. The two handwarmer pockets are positioned to accommodate a harness or backpack waist belt. The jacket can be stowed in the left chest pocket. Cuffs with low-profile fabric tape closures.
