These are wide tapered slacks from BEAMS Heart that I purchased about two years ago. The fabric is thin and breathable, making them very useful in the summer. Underwear is not visible through the fabric. They have belt loops, but also have an elastic waistband, so you can wear them without a belt! There is no drawstring at the waist.
