I believe this came with a suit I purchased. I don't recall ever using it, but it has been stored at home for several years, so I've marked it as having no noticeable stains or scratches. I apologize that I couldn't take good photos. It looks like it could be used for graduation or entrance ceremonies. The handkerchief is not included.
