This watch was purchased from Hermès about 10 years ago. The battery is dead, and the clasp is also detached. I used to wear it for work, but I replaced it with another watch and have kept it at home for about 5 years. Last week, I visited an Hermès boutique and was told that they could repair and clean this watch. Thank you.
