I purchased this for a half-birthday celebration. It's size 73 and was only worn once for the photoshoot. You might want to iron it before wearing. The crown can be adjusted at the back with Velcro. It fits head sizes from approximately 42 to 52 cm. The number patches have fabric-safe double-sided tape on the back, so they can be removed.
