A miniature Hammersley teacup & saucer set. Purchased at an antique fair. This is a delicate and beautiful piece with gold trim and a violet pattern. The cup is approximately 3.7 cm in diameter and 2.5 cm high. The saucer is approximately 5.7 cm in diameter. Compared to regular teacups, the craftsmanship is not as refined, but it has a charming size. I think it's the perfect size for dolls and stuffed animals. There is a small stain on the back of the saucer, which is not visible when displayed. There are no chips, but as this is an old item, there are some paint losses, small imperfections, and crazing from the time of manufacture. Please understand that this item was made using different manufacturing methods than today's, and refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
