This is a long-sleeved pajama set from Combi Mini, made of smooth material. This is one of my favorites, and I wore it for one season, so it shows signs of use. It's made of cotton, which feels very soft and is easy to wear, so I recommend it. The waist has buttons to prevent the top from riding up and exposing the stomach. I don't see any noticeable stains or dirt, but please understand that this is a used item before purchasing.
