There appear to be no major stains, but it has been worn once, so please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect item. There are belt loops at the waist, but a belt is not included. This is the skirt only. There are a few places where threads are coming out on the inside of the skirt hem (please check the images), but this does not affect wear. If you are concerned, please refrain from purchasing or cut the threads. It has been stored in a garment case, so there may be wrinkles and the smell of mothballs.
