We initially approved the production of the rib knit fabric used for the cuffs and ribs, but we were still not satisfied. So, with a heavy heart, we put it aside and remade it, and although we were able to create a satisfactory product, we were always concerned about this rib knit fabric. The quality was not sufficient for use on cuffs and ribs, but it is a wonderfully soft fabric made of 100% merino wool. We couldn't possibly throw it away, and we wanted to deliver it to our customers somehow. So, with the help of graphic designer Hideyuki Yamano, we created a blanket that simply incorporated the images of "mountain" and "road" into the design. The finished product exceeded our expectations, and we created special blankets of around 20 pieces each, that you'll want to wrap yourself in forever.
