I don't remember when I bought it, and I've never used it. I don't know the model number. It's been left unused, so the area to write your name inside has deteriorated, but the outside is clean as it hasn't been used. Please understand this before purchasing. It feels kind of fluffy. Approximately 30cm tall, 20cm wide.
