Retail price is 8470 yen. This was very useful as a cold-weather blanket for my son's bicycle during his kindergarten years. The outer layer is a windbreaker. The inner layer is fluffy and very warm, which helped my son a lot. It was great for saving time in the busy mornings, as it just fastens with Velcro behind the neck. I'm selling it because my son is now in elementary school and can't ride on the back of a mama-chari (a type of bicycle) anymore, so I can't use it.
