This is a Bar elnido "Shaka Shaka" hoodie, sold in limited quantities at the bar run by Kenji Furuya of Dragon Ash. It features a small elnido print on the front. The back has a print as shown in the second image (the image is from a different hoodie that was sold separately). There is a swallow print on the hood. This is a rare XL size.
