This is homewear purchased on the Daimaru Living Floor. It's homewear that can be used with a T-shirt and bottoms worn underneath, except in mid-winter. It's the type that could pass for a quick trip to the convenience store. The buttons go up to the middle, and it's a jumper skirt design that you pull over your head. It has white and navy stripes and seems to have some stretch. Material: 55% cotton, 45% composite fiber polyester. It looks like seersucker fabric, but please understand this is based on my amateur assessment. There is a place where the stripe width of the seams is not sewn neatly. If you are concerned, you can pinch and sew that part from the lining side to align it, but it was originally sewn that way, so I think you don't need to worry about it.
