I'm not sure what's included, so please judge from the images. There are many items buried underneath that aren't visible. Most of them should be usable, but some may not be. I think it includes items that can be used to attack from the surface to the bottom. No matter how hard you try, you won't be able to get this many lures for this price. It's definitely a great deal. The contents have increased slightly since I organized and listed them.
