A lovely cafe terrace from the Urban Life series. Both the building and accessories show noticeable yellowing from age. There are no cracks or chips. Please assume the yellowing is more pronounced than in the photos. The table also shows noticeable yellowing, but I believe there were no cracks or repairs to the legs, etc. Please forgive me if I misremember. The furniture is complete, and the display case is in good condition. The menu board has stickers applied to both sides. As far as I could tell, the cobblestone sheet and frying pan are missing. I will include a similar frying pan, so please dispose of it if you don't need it. The parts box is damaged. The stylish master set is missing some items, and the clothes are tattered, but I think it's valuable now, so I'd like you to at least enjoy the feeling of having it. Even so, I think you'll be satisfied with the valuable coffee mill, etc. The clothes are tattered but still wearable, so I hope you can tidy them up. I don't think it's suitable for a collection due to the yellowing. However, because I have a personal attachment to it, I will set the price a bit high. It will be simply packaged and shipped via courier service.
