This is Olive-san, made in Japan during the Takara era. Her pigtails with the waffle hair are very cute. She has a retro yellow coat and earrings. The ribbon at the collar of the coat is missing, so I think it would be even cuter if you added some kind of decoration. There is a small stain under the TAKARA JAPAN stamp. Disinfected & cleaned.
