I wore this to a wedding when my child was one and a half years old. I had it dry cleaned and stored it afterwards. The size is listed as 3T, but I think it's probably around 100cm. Please check the 7th photo, which compares it to a 100cm dress, to confirm the size. It has a lining. It is not stretchy. I don't see any noticeable stains, but there may be some overlooked, so please understand and purchase accordingly.
