This is a cheering pennant (mini tapestry) for Kunihiko Shimizu of the Ryujin Nippon volleyball team. It has been stored in a bag, unused. There are no noticeable stains or tears, and I believe the condition is good, but the top of the bag is torn, and it is a long-term storage item, so please purchase only if you understand this. I think this is a hard-to-find item now. How about it for your collection or for cheering at games?
