This is a Pearl Roadster series drum throne with a backrest. It's a very stable drum throne with a solid construction. I bought it new and used it indoors for about two years. I haven't used it in recent years and have been storing it in a storage room. (The original purchase price was around 30,000 yen) There are scuff marks on the back of the backrest (see photo 10) and small scratches of a few millimeters on the surface of the seat (see photo 11).
