This is a clicker charm I purchased from the UK on Etsy a few months ago. It's jewelry from the brand Gemma J. It's not sold in Japan. Shipping from overseas is expensive, so it's a good deal for anyone interested. It's a beautiful item, only tried on. You often see regular round clickers, but this one allows the charm to be displayed beautifully without the clicker hanging vertically when threaded onto a chain.
