It has a ribbon that ties at the neck. The design isn't too over the top, so it's easy to mix and match. The elegant covered buttons are cute. There's a spare button included (photo 3). The collar has lace frills (photos 5-9). It can be machine washed in a laundry net and doesn't need to be ironed. I cut off the collar tag because it itched my neck, but it's from Tokyo Blouse. It's a fairly dressy piece, but it can also be worn in the office. How about this girly white blouse for the coming season?
