Please check the photos. The sides have been painted black, but the color is still patchy because of the original wear and tear. There is a heel, but it's not very high. The soles have been reinforced at a shoe repair shop. The heel rubber has been replaced several times. It's worn down, but I think it can be fixed with a repair. The Ferragamo logo on the insole is fading. When worn and viewed from a distance, they don't look too dirty. However, there is a sense of use when viewed up close. There is no box or dust bag.
